We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. We do not do refunds. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 3 business days after receiving your items. We do not offer exchanges on SWIMWEAR OR INTIMATE APPAREL such as underwear, swimwear, etc. Thank you for shopping with us! Our return address is on your package. 

You can create an account and access the store credit by clicking the STORE CREDIT button located on your account page. (STORE CREDIT does not expire).

In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item? Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a store credit.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and is encouraged to purchase insurance, we are NOT responsible for any lost package.

Shipping charges on all orders are not refundable.
